• Crafted from a secret recipe originating in the early 1990s from an alleyway tea stall owner, this sauce delivers an aromatic, mild-to-medium kick. Made largely with fresh ingredients, it offers a delightfully crunchy texture and pairs brilliantly with noodles, radish cakes, and tossed dishes. Long before XO sauce became popular, this classic was already rivaling its legendary flavor.

• 屬於90年代初配方，是一間開在巷仔的茶檔老闆的獨門秘方，醬料屬於香辣形，辣度屬於中小辣， 一般用於粉麵食，乾撈出色，例如蘿蔔糕或撈麵類型等等。大部份使用新鮮材料製作， 有脆口感， 在未有XO醬的年代，它早就能媲美這味道了。
• A recipe from the early ’90s—a secret formula created by the owner of a small, alleyway tea stall. The sauce has a fragrant, spicy profile, with a medium-low heat level, and is typically used for noodle dishes. It works especially well with dry-tossed dishes, such as turnip cake or dry noodle. Mostly made with fresh ingredients, it delivers a satisfying crunch. Even before the rise of XO sauce, this recipe had already achieved a comparable depth of flavor.
